yea i just bought an injen cai and when i put it on after a couple days of driving my car suddenly tries to bog out or something like it is choking on something it did that when i put the aem intake on to and the mechanic said it was the sensor but is there an upgrade for it or soemthing u can do to make it read the new intake

Disconnecting the negative battery terminal would reset the ecu.
I installed the Injen intake and have'nt had any problems. Did you disconnect the negative battery before you installed the intake? The reason you have to do it is so the ecu resets it's self for the mod. some guy installed the intake and exhaust cam but did'nt disconnect his negative battery terminal and his car is idling like ****.

The problem is that the MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR on the 1.6 L proteges does not go deep enough into the ingen intake tube. I fixed mine by putting in a restrictor plate to divert the air towards the sensor. It DOES NOT cause any power loss.
