Dealerships

I was just curious if anyone has a really good experience at a certain dealership as far as the service dept goes. I've been goin to Luther Mazda off of Brooklyn BLVD and it's close, but nothing in paticular has ever stood out in the service area for me.

Thanks!

I haven't had too bad of luck at Morries in Minnetonka, However, I have heard of some people having problems there too so. From my experience it all depends on the crew that they happen to have at the time, this is particulary true with domestics. If possible try to get a good relationship with a service manager and stick with that person.

Lets see, I usually like taking the car into the dealership for it's first oil change (don't know why but it is something most dealerships recomend and I guess I just feel more comfortable with doing)
The LX got a free alignment a few weeks after purchase at the dealer. Also recently got a new resistor? for the ac/fan control as it wasn't working correctly.
The P5 has been in for the first oil change, also for having difficulty cold weather starting, the dealer couldn't recreate the issue though so we'll have to see what happens this winter It'll be going in soon though to fix a broken seat bushing (a piece to the rear flip up seat broke on me)

I stopped by Morries Mazda saturday and say they had lots of M5 and 3's but also I was kinda sad, I saw a new black speed that it's rear end was smashed to hell(must of been a ricer trying to keep up). But I also saw a new silver grey speed w/ a different front end on it and a different wing. It looked like it just came off the truck it had all the plastic on the seats and the white plastic on the car still. At first I thought it was and sti front end or something??? anyone else see it yet????

ya thats the new titanium 2003.5 MSP.
I was at the dealer for squeaky struts, a common problem on the MP3 in cold weather, the greased, and I've yet to hear it. I also brought it in for the 15k checkup, then bacck again cause I was missing 2 lug locks, they replaced them with regular lugs and didnt tell me.

Yea that's the new cosmetic changes to the 03.5, they took the fogs off adn replaced them with brake cooling vents. The also replaced the wing.

oooo, I'd be a bit irked by that. What dealer was this? Good thing you noticed, I never look at my lug nuts to check that out.
