GI: 2.0L Protege Supercharger

Hey guys, I have to consolidate info and keep everything current. Right now I need a serious show of hands to determine wether or not I go through with this (for the masses). I will be building a supercharger for my personal car but I want to see how many people are actually serious about this. I am basically going to have to take out a larger personal loan to buy everything needed since my donation thread made less than $30...Thanks to those who tried!! It's appreciated and it's being used!

Here are the specs up till now.

ATI C-1A Procharger
pulley for 7psi (can change depending on testing, other sizes also)
mounting/relocation bracket
2 core sheet metal intercooler (capable of flowing up to 500hp)
Bosch bypass valve
BEGi RRFPR FMU
SS polished intercooler plumbing (powdercoated available)
silicone hose connectors and clamps
MAP sensor (black box)
all needed hoses, lines and fittings.
Possibly will include a slim-line FAAL fan...from Phantom Curiser

This kit is expected to run about 7psi (intercooled) and make appx. 180whp on an otherwise stock 2.0L. A stock 1.6L honda with this same blower made 160whp at 6psi. I don't think my estimates are unreasonable.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO REMOVE YOUR AC COMPRESSOR AND RELOCATE YOUR POWER STEERING PUMP. There is just no way to get around this. The blower MUST mount up top on the front of the engine and due to belt wrap-around, rotations, and clearance/fitment issues there is no way around this.....yet. Something may change but for now it has to go. If you prefer, the power steering may be removed and AC retained. This will just require a different bracket and will be cheaper.

I'm ESTIMATING pricing to be $3750+ shipping (expect about $75 for UOPS ground) for the intercooled kit. I have tried very hard to keep cost down but my inability to compromise quality for cost has forced this increase. I just cannot put my name on something I know to be inferior. This blower is THE BEST supercharger on the market today and I'll post some further info to prove it. In an effort to make this available to anyone who wnats it I'm going to partner with a finance company so those low on funds can just make monthly payments. I may also do some sort of lay-a-way for people I know (where they live).

This is just to get a feeler for the project, price, specs etc. There will be other options of course. I can offer the Haltech through Protege Garage for those interested in more boost. I can offer pulley's made to the customers request, etc. I just wanted some feedback from you guys as to what you think so far?

If you wanted to fabricate the intercooler yourself?? Thats a good question. I'll have to check and see but I'd figure about $3K or so. The real bulk of the pricing is just the blower. Everything else is real cheap. I can buy T3/T4's all day long for $375 but this headunit and bracket (I have to custom make each bracket) is $2300. Then you have to add in the map sensor, fmu, lines, filter, silicone, clamps, piping, etc..

How many other vendors show you their cost on turbo kits!! These guys build turbo kits for $900 and then sell them to you guys for almost $4K! I'm obviously not tlooking to get rich doing this. I'm just trying to grow the market.
