OK, I wasn't aware their prices were going up. I'm in for the header and DP. By eliminating the first cat are we going to need to run the MIL resistor fix?

I would imagine that it will throw a CEL without the MIL fix. This is not included with the DP though.

You will need to email me offlist at the above address and I will reply back with detailed instructions.

Thanks, You'll be very happy.

Matty,

You have email and Paypal ...

Also, I got word from Jet-Hot (just on an individual basis - I replied to them with a question price break - I should have an answer tommorrow, however).

Thanks buddy...come one everyone, let's get this order in!!

After talking with Nick I think JetHot is not a good way to go on the SS unit. The SS retains so much heat anyway that what little escapes is needed for it not to crack. Same goes for header-wrap. Nick was telling me the SS needs to contract and expand in order not to split.....now you can jet-hot or wrap the regular steel header, but it's overkill and potentially harmefull on the SS.

Rod. Do me a favor. I know andy has the pattern for a 1.6L exhaust flange....see how much he would charge for a header for a 1.6L...thx!

sure....what style header do you want?? shorty, EL, long tube, retain emissions??, 4-1, 4-2-1......what are you looking for? I'm not familiar at all with the 1.6L motor.

well I would like a long tube 4-2-1, dont really care about emissions as i have no testing here in fla, however i want to avoid cel's so however he can design it for maximum performance...1.6L is same basic setup as the 2.0L, in fact same stock intake and same exhaust as the 2.0L sedan from the downpipe back...

I'll see what I can do for you...it may take a few days for me to hear back from him though. If possible do you want me to see if I can include you in this GB??

ok, I can't say either way on price but Ican say this will be a one-of-a-kind custom piece made just for you....I wouldn't expect much in the way of a discount on the price. If Andy says he can do them pretty easily/quickly I'll post another feeler thread to see how many 1.6L guys would be interested...this may work out better/cheaper for you. Are there any other 1.6L headers?? What are their prices?
