Who's interested? Pro_Fan, I can count you in I'm sure? You said you'd start another thread, so I took the liberty. I just think that'd be really cool to do. Your place or mine?

Lightbulb

Thanks for starting the thread Maxx! You can count me in for sure. I'm thinking somewhere at the mid to end of June/beginning of July would be good, but I'm open to suggestions.

I'm only in a dinky apartment until August, when I take posession of my new house (which isn't too much bigger, but it's all my g/f's and mine!!), so my place would be out.

I was thinking of maybe a public park or something like that would work too. I can't think of any spots that would work, but again, I'm open to suggestions.

And if anybody else near the Calgary area want to come, then by all means, you're welcome to come!

That sounds pretty cool...So does that mean you're in for sure P5Chick??

And did you mean Bowness Park? Or is Bownes park something I've never heard of before?

Bowness park sounds good to me! It's nice and close to my house too (Bearspaw) so maybe we could all even take a cruise out there for some (non-alcoholic) drinks afterwards?

I really like the Bowness idea though. Find a quiet spot, and we'll have lots of fun!

That sounds great. I was wondering when some people from Calgary would want to get together. I would love to see what everyone around here has done to their cars, and perhaps get some new ideas myself. Anytime in June is good for me. I love the park idea, and going for a cruise later on. I wonder what people will think when they see a bunch of protege's all cruising together, hell I have not even seen the honda people do that (I think it is because their ego's are too big).

oh my gosh... how much is it costing you FS? of all places i've checked though, I got my estimates done so far have turned up that Stampede Pontiac Buick is the cheapest, and they treat you well, there job is good too (i've had lots of friends take there car there) they even give a loner out for free, so it's not a bad deal....looks like i might go there.

P5 Chick, hope nothing happened to your ride...

You may have read of that little something happening to mine? Still can't believe someone would do that.
