Photo Radar / Red Light Cameras

Photo Radar / Red Light Cameras
I've read a couple of posts about these, and I suggest every driver read this site:
http://www.sense.bc.ca
It's an advocacy group against photo enforcement, and you'll learn lots about fighting your ticket. Sure, it's BC based, but I don't think the law is all that different in other provinces.
For example, when you get your "ticket" in the mail, it's just an invitation for you to give them money. You are under NO OBLIGATION to do ANYTHING, until someone has come and PHYSICALLY SERVED YOU.
I used that to my advantage when I got a photo radar ticket in the summer of 2000. I haven't had to pay a penny, and the guy trying to serve me could never find me because I'm in a condo, and no one would buzz him in so he could find me.
I'm sure they've written me off by now, especially since photo radar was canned in BC.
I actually liked it better with photo radar, since the cops just sat in their vans munching donuts, instead of coming after you.
