Anyone know where to buy Redline oils in Sask? Someone said there was a dealer in Regina but I can't remember what their name was.

So now I know MT90 makes a difference. Here is the scoop. I normally back up my driveway and park in my garage this way so my car faces out. That way I am not backing into the street, especially during winter with the drifts and all.

Anyway, my driveway is about 20 metres (70 feet) long to the garage and has a slope for about half the length. So I found that before MT90 when I back up I had a chattering in the gears as if I was not giving it enough gas. But now with the MT90 no such problem.

Maybe it was me but I believe that the MT90 sure did the trick .

They changed your tranny oil under warranty to something other than stock because you had a clutch problem? How did that work???

I am getting a new short shift installed this week. I want to try that with regular tranny oil for a while first, see how it feels, then change to synthetic. If I can get it changed under warranty for free ... Any thoughts?

Hi Margaret, err, actually it was not under any warranty work since there was no problem with the clutch but I did it based on what I have read about MT90 here on the board as well as elsewhere on the net. I am a great believer in synthetic oils and while I had it in for an oil change (synthetic) I took the opportunity to have the tranny oil changed out. I guess I could have done it myself but I did this with another car many years ago and it was not much fun. My time is pretty valuable, at least I think so. I also found my tranny to be quieter after the change but I may be imagining that.

A short shifter is on my list of things to do but springs are ahead of the line.

Hey sure hope we have the chance to see each other at one of the meets so we can trade some mod stories. I really like the MP3.
