I live in Calgary, and I am dying to get my car silver tinted.
I drive a protege sedan, and I only want the rear windows tinted.
The tint is basically 100%, so u can see out, but no one can see in.
It looks just like a mirror. Anyways, I'm, just wonderin if any
of you know wether this is legal or not.

 

Yes it is legal ( on the rear 5 windows - not on the front 3 in AB) check out my sig for pictures of what the tint looks like on my ride

Can you tell me how much you paid, and where you got
your car tinted at. I can't believe I missed the protege meet.

I had the dealer throw it in on the deal for the car along with a bunch of other stuff - I did quite well at the bagaining table if I do say so myself! - They outsourced it to some shop that I have to find out who it was , because I have some more custom tinting plans - but I can't let you in on it till it is done.

I think they wanted $300 for the 5 windows

 

If you got it at Kramer, they use somebody right on Mcleod Trail....Shadowtint, I believe. If you call and talk to a sales guy, they'll tell you.
