17X7.5 40mm offset with rolled fenders

I'm just wondering if a 17x7.5 wheel with 40mm will be okay if the fenders were rolled up. The size of the tires would be 205/40/17

any input would be great!

thanks!

I would guess by his User Name he has a Protege5

That'll make a difference. With the fenders rolled you'll be fine.
