Question 54.1mm c-bore, 59mm wheel: need spacers? - help!!

so i am buying from an old ser guy a set of 14" wheels for possible auto-xing and the mazda center bore is 54.1mm (per some mazda faq) while the center bore of the wheels are 59mm. i;ve been looking for some hub ring spacers and stores tell me that something that thin will not be sold. i used to work in a machine shop... should i just cpec them out and have a friend cut it? should i use stainless if i decided to spec them out? should i just use the wheels w/o the spacers? a 2mm thin ring of a few inches dia will be kinda flakey and hard to cut i'd imagine (i remember trying to cut a seatpost shim for a bicycle out of aluminum... it was hard as **** but then my skillz wern't all that great anyways) anhyhows any ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

should i buy the smallest rings with the right i.d. and turn down the o.d.?

don't worry about it. they are not spacers but rather hubcentric rings. Just put the wheels on. You will not find those sizes unless custom make.

If you bore the wheel to 64 mm then i cna get you a set.
