sure thing Pampusik,
Rotating your tires is what its called when you remove your wheels/tires and put the fronts on the back...and the backs on the front....you do this every so often to ensure all your tires wear evenly.....
Balancing is the process where your wheels/tires are removed...and balanced in a number of different ways...I am sure at Canadian Tire they SPIN balance tires...where they take the wheel/tire and put it on a machine that "SPINS" it and memorizes where the imbalance is...then the tech will add those little weights on the wheel, weights that you can certainly see on your wheels/tires, to BALANCE them...this keeps vibration down when you drive at highway speeds.
SO, does that clear it up for you? hope so.

Thank you, now it is clear enough. Balancing I was sure, but this rotating as a "special" from Canadian Tire - that is really funny.
Actually I will probably need balancing as I feel very small vibration between 110-130kph on highway.
Thanx again
