Curb rash

Oh man I just messed up the rim on my car. The driver side front rim was rubbed against a curb and the thing is in pain.
It looks like some serious scratches.

It is a gray rim and I can see the aluminum now.

I probubly need to get this repainted or something right.
How much do you guys think this should cost?

Is there anything that I can do on my own like some rub on or something.

I was backing up and just herd a gring noise.
I felt the blood drain from my face.

Im pretty sure ill need to get it resurfaced I think that ill be able to get a few guys from my school to do it for me.

i have herd of people fixing them up using only spray paint.

Yeah Im going to get them sanded and repainted. I just have to find out what the color code is.
So far I know they are a silvery gray.

I think ill send an e-mail to the sendel people and see if they can help me. I cannt find the rim anywhere on the web. Wich is odd since even there web site doesn't have it. I think that there discontinued or something.

I just learned something very bad.
I whent to the local motorsport and found that Sendel went out of bisness a while ago. So Thats why its taking them so long to answer my e-mail.

I hear that the only thing that I can do now is try to get it matched by a bodyshop they should be able to get it close.

Anyone have any color codes on sendel wheels? Its worth a try.

News Flash

Sendel is not out of buisness. I talked to one of the Tireco Tech guys. Tireco owns sendel. And when I asked him about the color code he laughed at me. Its impossible to ever match that color again, at least not in the united states. He said that the rims go through a powder coating and a few more things to get to be that shade of silver. His recomondation was to just try to have the color professionaly matched by a body shop.
