Deal or no?

I found the rims and tires that I want to get on whalentire.com, and the deal sounded too good to be true. They are 16" Enkei RSF-2 wheels with Kumho Ecsta Supra 712 tires. The pakage deal comes to $776 with free mounting, balancing, and valve stems. I don't know what the shipping is, but I wouldn't assume it to be real high. I figure the only thing that I'd need would be new lugs.

I've heard nothing but good about whalentire.com, they seem like a good company to deal with. Lemme know what you think.

I have heard of whalentire.com, but have never purchased anything from them so I cannot comment on how good the company is .........the deal on the other hand sounds great.....
shipping should be around $ 100...........it was that much for my 17" wheels to be shipped from california to illinois.........tires were like another $30 ...............
got a pic of the wheels ?

Yes sir, I do.

I like them, they're simple, and nice. They are the lightest ones out there, but they'll do nicely : ) 18lbs. isn't horrible, and Enkei wheels are of good quality. I can't wait! : )

Shipping could be a killer, I've sold a few sets of wheels & tires over the internet.. UPS has a weight policy anything over 76lbs or so the rates go nuts. It's actaully cheaper if all 4 wheels get shipped seperate. Your results may vary

Well, I went through the whole process of 'ordering', but didn't order them yet. I was curious to see how much they were after everything. So, the rims, tires (mounted and balanced), tuner lugs, and shipping came out to be $904, or something like that. I think that's quite a deal. Before I was looking on discount tire direct, and their deal for the same rims but nitto tires (which I hear aren't as good as the kumhos), was $888 without shipping or lugs. This seems like a fair price to me.

I'm sure if I didn't live the whole damn way across the country, the shipping would be less!!! I got a quote for shipping my mx-3 seats, and they were approximately $50, from what I've heard. But then again, it only has to go 80 miles or so : )

Thanks guys!

Oh yea, I plan on getting that finish, the silver. I think it looks nice : ) I'm not sure when I'm going to order them. I have them money, but I'm going to save for a little while longer before I lay down the cash...
