Hey guys, quick question. I'm hoping someone actually responds.
I see in a earlier reply that 215/35/18x7.5 - 45mm offset, barely fits. The rims I have fallen in love with are made by 2 companies. Nakayama 6-Speed's & Ace Alloy Wheels A198 Matig's. Now Nakayama, I've been told only come in with the 45mm offset.

Does anyone know what offsets the Ace's come in?
Plus for those who are running with 215/35/18x7.5 - 45mm offset... How's the ride, noise, & have you started rubbing at all, with or without people?

My money doesn't grow on trees & I want to make sure I can get by with that offset. I've posted my situation in other threads, even tried e-mailing a couple of members who you all respect greatly, but no response. I've even written Ace Alloy Wheels, with no response. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP!!!

Charles

PS - The Volk LE37T's look nice on the P5. What offset & colors do they come in?

our car does not rub at all, even with 6 people in the car (one
in the trunk) LOL.

Most of the ACE wheels are for euro cars, so they have pretty
low offsets... like 30mm.

THANK YOU FOR RESPONDING!!!

Matt,
Thanks for responding & for the info. I saw on another post (I think) you're running Nankangs? How are they as far as road noise & wet/dry tracition? Also, did you drop your P5? If so how far?

I have had my 03 Laser Blue for a week now. Love it. Miss my V6 that was in my Accord, but I'm still alive so I'm blessed to be here! Didn't know how to drive stick, so I got the auto-stick. Wish I had stick now though...

Again thanks
Charles

the white car in this post (first post) is mine

yes, the ride is kinda harsh with the 215/35's... I think if I
had to do it again, I'd get 17's.

That's funny, Not you having a harsh ride, but your statement:

"I think if I had to do it again, I'd get 17's."

One of my frat brothers has been riding me to get 17's instead of 18's. I think the harsh ride is the reason why.

Hey, thanks for the advice again.

Oh yeah,

I went & looked at the pics again. I see you're running Yokohama's. Are they the Parada Spec 2's. How's the road nosie & traction (wet/dry)?

Sorry for all the ?'s...

Hey ghost323f

How did you get your fog light to stay on with the parking lights?

Thanks in advance,
Chuck

I have 18's and if I had to do it again I would get 19s'. Overall diameter of 215/35/19 is about the same as 215/35/18s. Just really hard to find a 19 with a high offset.

Hello, I have a P5 and I want to get 5 zigen typhoon rims. The only problem is that they come in 17x7.5, 8, and 9. I was wondering if I could fit 17x7.5's in the front and 17x8's in the back, without rubbing. Please help!! Thanks!

On FWD you don't want wider in the rear. With regards to the P5 there is more room up front. So that might be possible vice versa.

Rishie

We distribute 5Zigen. I doubt that it has good offets. i will check tommorrow. We have some other Zigen wheels in stock for the protege.
