Just bought Kumho Ecsta ASX!

Just bought these tires in the OEM size of 195/50/16 for my Protege. I had the 712's but due to a bad alignment the inner side of the front passenger side wore out without me even being aware of it. Anyway, I think these new tires are excellent...better than OEM Dunlops and the 712's. Anyone else bought these? How's the treadware? Rated at 420 with AA for traction and A for Temp. So far they are a dream on the road...very quiet and have great traction. Some rain today and I tried some tight turns at about 40MPH....very good handling!
Check them out at TireRack...to new to have numerical ratings.

I've been debating on getting these, for $69 a piece they seem like a steal. I'm working on a deal from a member right now, but if that falls through I'll probably get them.

I really like them...but putting 34PSI rather than the recommended 32 due to the soft contact with the road. Really nice feeling tires...like they're made for our car.

Oh, forgot...another thing I like about this tire is that it has rim protector built in...the rubber hangs out over the rim so it is hard to get curb rash...nice touch!

I just bought these from tirerack, have been driving on them for a few days - dry roads and wet. I think they are great. Much better traction than the dunlops, even when the dunlops were new. They are quieter too.
