need new tires

im running low on tread right now and i need the best price for my maz3 17inch rims. i think there the 215/50 r17 wheels. any suggestions on what brand i should get considering the talk about bad road noise lately with certain wheels. I recently had the low pro all season kumho asx tires and they lastest about 2 and half years. I live in Minnesota so i need some good all round tires that last through winter mostly.

HELP !

so i got 215/50/r17 BF Goodrich Traction T/A tires, all season. so far there great in corners, high speeds with barely any road noise and in low speeds rarely any road noise. look great and raised my car about an inch which will be nice for when the snow comes for a little bit more clearance.

cheapest

Try the Riken Raptor. I got 4 for $500 when I lived in CA. The original Goodyear Eagle RSA's started showing nylon fibers-scary. I have Raptors now. They are great in warm weather if a bit noisy. Haven't tried them in snow and can't say I am optimistic. No sipes in the tread. I may try the Nokian WR. Not sure what they cost.

I need new tires as well. I'm thinking of getting the Raptors that "jellybean" mentioned. My mom has a Mazda 3 also, and she got that kind and has been happy with them. I'm not horribly concerned about driving in snow because we rarely get any where I live (TN). Anyone have any idea why my front tires would wear unevenly? Ever since I got my last tires, I have rotated them about every 6,000 miles, but my front tires are in much worse shape than my back ones and the wear on them is uneven.
