good != cheap

Compomotive makes rally wheels .. and most of them are available in white. Gram Lights are available in white .. and some of the new Enkeis are available in white.

You could try looking on at Wheel Max, Whalen Tire.com, or in some import magazines. Sometimes you can find some alright deals in those. What is your definition of cheap? Most of the rims I've found were usually around 700 or 800 w/ tires(17 in. white rims).

You could get a set of White Kosei wheels on Tirerack.com
They are cheap and very light compared to most "tuner" wheels.

I got my 17" wheels with 205-40 series kuhmo ecsta's mounted and balanced for $599 from east valley customs in Mesa, AZ. He's always got auctions going on ebay for 6 spoke, and 7 spoke versions. The wheels are made by eagle, and they're really not that bad. With the tire and all, each assembly is less than 25 pounds, which isn't bad for less than $600!

They have to weigh at least 37+ per wheel and tire.
That is how much the stockers weigh and the rims you have are not made out of magnesium.

Yeah. It's far more likely that your wheels weigh around 25lbs. by themselves. Most cheap 17s do. Considering that your stock rims weigh about 16lbs, you would be better off (from a handling perspective) to stay with the stockers.
