WheelMax

I purchased some wheels from WheelMax, Deliverey was as promised, fitment was told no problem. A word of warning if you are going to buy wheels from anyone make sure they are someone that is like Rishie (ARD PM5). The reason is Wheelmax was excellent in selling the wheels but very poor in customer service. Where as Rishie will take care of every last detail they do not care that the wheels needed Hubcentric Rings and basically told me the dimensions and said Goodbye. Now I am left searching for a Ghost of a Hub ring with a very uncommon diameter (70.3) I have searched all over. I called them back and asked them to give me the dimensions again and they hung up and would not answer again (never had a problem getting thru when I was buying from them , So all I am saying is take into consideration that if you are saving a couple of bucks it might not be worth it if the product does not work or fit properly. It seems Rishie has taken his time out to try and help when I did not purchase from him. But will in the future when I buy exhaust etc.etc. etc.

Lee, first off, welcome to our home away from home.....I am guessing that even though this is your first post...that you have been around the board a while...seeing as how you k now of Rishie....and his outstanding effort to help out the members here. Good Luck on your quest for the wheel hubs.

Thanks for the welcome. Yes, I have been lurking for a while. I finally decided to sign up the night before. As to Wheelmax I did call the customer service and I asked them to confirm the dimensions and they told me that nobody could help me and I told them that was messed up and the guy say's hold on a minute and another guy answers and I tell him my situation and then he tells me to hold on then someone else picks up the phone and hangs it up right of way. I call back and they would not answer-ever. The only point to all of this is, go with someone that is trusted and respected. Not saying Wheelmax is not someone to trust or anything but they should help the customer and if they only deal in wheels they should of said something about the fitment especially when one of the guys drives a P5 there. I think I will get this taken care of locally so it will work out in the end. I am not saying not to buy from wheelmax just make sure you ask all of the right questions(offset, Hubcentric fitment, etc.) Thanks for letting me vent.
