Those are 2003. The newest design. That design is only available in certain areas. So that's probably why you haven't seen them.

They're mine now!

I've wanted these 03 LX wheels since I first saw the 03s at the dealership a couple weeks ago..

Woohoo!

Gotta sell my 16s now.

Question for tradr

Those are really good looking wheels. I'm sure your car looks great with them on! I was just wondering are you running 195/55's on them? Also do you think 205/50's would be possible given that the rims are only 6" wide or is 6.5" the minimum for this size? Thanks for any advice you can provide.

Those wheels look so slick I'm thinking of getting a set myself.

I don't have them yet, as this auction closed like 2 days ago and I just paid them today, but they came with the stock Bridgestone Potenza RE-92's 195-55-15 with supposedly around 100 miles on them (I believe this is true since they were take offs)

The 99-00 ES Wheels/02 LX Optional Wheels as well as these 03LX wheels should be able to hold a 205-50-15 tire without a problem, a couple people on the other board are using this size on the 6" wheel.. it'd be almost the same as far as speedo accuracy.. I'm guessing I'll get at least 15k miles out of these before I replace the tires, they're gonna be the summer set (just put my 14" steelies back on today, car looks uglier now hehe)

I'm sure you'll see many sets come up on eBay in the coming months, takeoff wheels are VERY available on eBay.. from the dealer these would cost way too much to be worth buying.

cablemirc, yeah, my 16s are forsale, but they have over 25,000 miles on the tires, and with 45 profile tires that means they're quite worn, they're only good for about another 5k miles or so.. but yeah I'd be asking $325 for the set - only problem is shipping wouldn't be reasonable in cost, I would only be able to sell them locally. yes they're 4 lug.

Sorry to make this topic OT.

I just saw those on a 2003 Protege at the dealership downtown (toronto / ontario / canada) .. So I guess they come on all the '03 models with 4-lugs .. or maybe the LX only (SE still gets steelies perhaps? ) .

You're right. They come with the 2003 sedans that have 4 lugs (LX, DX?). I think they are 15" wheels.

In other words, they don't come with the ES models nor MP5s.

yes, those are the OEM 15" alloys for the 2003 LX's.

they are the same dimension (15 x 6) as the 1999-2002 15" rims.

and yes they are 4 lugs
